Process Design Workshops

The way in which teams work within a business will change over time, in other words the process that teams follow will change. This is a natural behaviour because the expectations of the business changes: new services are required; the organisation structure may change; or teams decide changes in the way they work. Quite often, teams will make changes to processes which are not best practice; changes are made quickly because teams want to get on with their work.

Its important for managers and team leaders to recognise the importance of reviewing team processes very 12 to 24 months. In addition, the use of pragmatic best practice and the value of engaging experts to assist are important considerations.

Systemology has developed unique process design workshops to cover a wide range of critical business processes, such as:

  • IT service delivery (ITIL, ITSM, ITAM)
  • Software development (DevOps, Agile, Kanban, Repository management, Version control etc)
  • IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (ITGRC)
  • Finance Governance & Compliance
  • Marketing Campaign Management
  • HR Candidate Recruitment Management
  • HR Performance Review Management

Process design workshops are typically run as adhoc process reviews, or incorporated into larger projects involving technology solution deployments.
