Showcase presentations:

• Customer Project Profile. We recently completed a JSM project for a large Victorian hospital operator. Of particular note on this project was the use of JSM Assets to manage a large number of medical assets. Josh will present an overview of this project and how JSM Assets was configured to create a CMDB for medical assets and to support the programmed maintenance schedule of over 20,000 assets. 
• Data Manager. This is now available in open Beta for all customers, so now is the time to understand how utterly awesome it is and how you can use it to amp up your asset management and data consolidation. Jackson will show some real life examples that you can take away with you. 
• KBA lifecycle management. Creating knowledge articles takes effort and most teams stop here, however the next challenge is managing the lifecycle of content to keep it fresh and conforming to company guidelines. Cael will demonstrate a KBA lifecycle management process that you can implement in JSM to ensure only quality content is published, and regularly reviewed. 
• JSM Virtual Agent. Many teams have not yet picked up this innovative feature in JSM Premium. Akash will demonstrate several uses and configurations of this, so you can try it in your own instance. 

• Refreshments with Q&A. Join us afterwards for refreshments and take the opportunity to ask questions about Atlassian products and uses to learn even more.
